A four week residency and exhibition in the Martyrs Gallery in Lewes. Using paper and images that I have collected over many years I began by making a large temporary collage. The collage was the starting point for painting, not only as an aid to finding form and palette but as a way of making: eventually bringing movement, energy and joy to the process
